Primary Voltage Upgrade Phase 1 - Ft. Meade, SD

The project consisted of replacing transformers station wide, trenching in new underground feeders, replacing  the capacitor bank and upgrading the switchgear to upgrade the campus from 4,160 volts to 12, 470 volts.  Outages included the campus running on temporary generated power at times for the work to be completed.
