Correct FCA Issues in Infrastructure - Cheyenne VAMC, WY

The original start date of August 1st, 2014 was accelerated due to an Air Handling unit for the hospital that was unexpectedly nonoperational.  GCH accommodated the hospital by expediting a temporary air handler on-site in June.  The project consisted of renovating three air handling units, two roof top units, and an exhaust fan.  Every air handler that was replaced was coordinated with the hospital in order to accommodate residing patients. All power and mechanical equipment that needed to be replaced had to do off-hours to mitigate effects on patient care or the operational kitchen.  The project finished ahead of schedule.
